A SHORT HISTORY

FROM WHERE TO START ?

From many years I was already passionate with clothes, fashion history and  luxury highlights. This drove me to fashion studies.

After my graduation I studied at Mod’Art International in paris and INSEEC Paris. This cursus allowed me to realise several internships. I had the chance to meet people, to learn a lot and to discover which place was the best for me. I decided to be a product manager and merchandiser. it is a very central role between design and commercialisation. I had the opportunity to grow in french brands and to work on several product types from lingerie to RTW.

I am aware and sensitised for a long time about ecologic issues. It is important to me to share these ethicals, durables and ecologic values.  Even if a lot of actors of the fashion industry would like to improve their actions some historical process and financial issues are making  them very slow in the change. On this observation, it may be easier to start from zero by launching my own brand. Let me introduce you Sevenlie.

SEVENLIE is the translation of a conviction that we can do things in a different way.
Thus, are we 100% green ? Honestly no, because to be perfect we should stop any production and consommation. We can not pretend to do fashion articles and be irreproachable at the same time. BUT, we can limit the turnover, the waist, and pollution by offering durable and locally produced clothes. We can also organize their second life. There is a lot to do to limit out impact on the planet.

WHAT IS BEHIND SEVENLIE’S LABEL

THE CHALLENGES OF A YOUNG FRENCH LABEL

“A company often looks like to people who run it. Sevenlie is the result of past and current thoughts from my years as a product manager to my new role of entrepreneur. I have put my beliefs as a starting point of the brand development.”
