Return conditions
You have a period of 15 days after receipt of your order to return an item for a refund. The item must be returned in its original condition, labelled. Otherwise, Sevenlie reserves the right not to accept returns.
To return from Metropolitan France and Corsica
1 – Contact us by e-mail: contact@sevenlie.com with your name, order number and the reason for your return.
2- We will come back to you with a prepaid return slip.
3- Place the items in the original packaging along with the delivery slip. Do not forget to indicate on it the reason for your return and the number of item(s).
4- Stick the prepaid return slip on your shipment and drop it off at the post office
Returns are free from France and Corsica.
International returns
If you live outside of France, you will not be able to download a prepaid label because you will be responsible for the returns. Please follow the procedure above and send your package to this address:

Refund delays
Once we have received your return we will proceed to refund the value of your items within 15 working days from the date of receipt.
You will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the refund.
Make an exchange
Orders placed on our website cannot be exchanged.
If you wish to exchange your item for a new size, you must place a new order for the same item in the correct size.
